At $3.40, the Matcha Choux Puff looks pretty and indulgent. Crumbly, crusty yet dry on the exterior, the swirly matcha cream in the interior is rich and creamy with a distinct matcha taste mixed with the vanilla cream. I prefer the cream much more than the pastry though.
