Bourbon Mini Baum Roll FS Matcha

I picked this up since it contains matcha. Thats why the blog is known as matcha musings. lol. A Baum Roll is a rolled up cake. Its a bit sweet though. Each packet comes with vanilla and matcha flavours. The outer layer is like a roll of hardened mousse with sponge cake inbetween it. Pardon my description as I am very poor at that.

Wholesale-dress.net

It was a nasty experience shopping for clothes from China. A Malaysian blogger shopped from there and so, I thought I would give it a try. I have better luck with the hair accessories though. The items are cheap but the shipping is not. In fact, the shipping is almost of the same price as the total purchase amount.

I decided to share my experience here, in order to prevent more people from being cheated. I bought 3 items and 2 items are not usable. Their after sales service is simply appalling. Good luck to you, if you decide to shop from them.

Bourbon Petit Matcha Lan De Chat

Being petite and light, its an ideal snack for the afternoon tea. I can finish up the whole packet in just 1 sitting because its not alot, its yummy and its addictive. Need I say more?
If you are familiar with Japanese snacks, then you would be familiar with the term used "Langue De Chat"
While I do not understand the term fully, but its a type of cookie which is made popular in Hokkaido. Anyone who visit Hokkaido would have bought a rectangle cookie that is termed as "Langue De Chat" that looks alittle like this with a prettier packaging, of course.
It costs $2 at major supermarkets.

Mary Stayed Out All Night

Yesterday was the last episode of Mary Stayed Out All Night on our cable TV and I was searching for one of the songs when I stumbled upon this.
I did not manage to find the song I was looking for but this video really made my day. The music matched the scenes very well, everything just came out so right.

Synopsis
Wi Mae Ri is the cheerful, pragmatic daughter of a failed businessman who had grown used to being constantly on the move to escape from debtors. She becomes fast friends with the free-spirited indie singer Kang Moo Kyul when she nearly ran him over in a car. Meanwhile, her father Wi Dae Han is saved from his debtors by his old friend, Jung Suk, who had just returned from considerable success in the Japanese entertainment industry. Jung Suk, who had harboured a secret love for Mae Ri's mother, sets up a deal with Dae Han to have Mae Ri marry his son, Jung In. In her desperate to escape this predicament, Mae Ri begs Moo Kyul to pose as her husband, and finds herself in even more trouble than before when her father proposes a 100-day period in which she has to divide her time equally between Moo Kyul and Jung In, after which she has to decide who to marry.

There was a change of scriptwriter after episode 7 due to some internal unhappiness in the team so how the story unfolds right after that, may not be the intended script of what the original writer wants in the story. Nevertheless, there is a happy ending as with most Korean dramas.

This is not the best drama I have watched as some of the characters displayed quite bizzare behaviours which do not gelled with the story, but if you looked beyond that, its quite a cute, lovely and sweet story of the couple.
I like Jang Guen Suk as a rocker which goes right well with his long hair image but I do find some of his actions abit effeminate at times ( alright, I think JGS's fans are going to kill me ). He is very attractive when he
smiles though, but he broods more than he smiles in this show, mainly because of his jealousy and bad tempered character.
