I purchased a pack of Morinaga Otona Pack'ncho from Tokyo Hometown Japanese Supermarket in Melbourne last month. Made in Japan, they are the limited edition Disney Themed Matcha Biscuits.
I polished the whole pack in one seating because I was just so hungry and it was so addictive. The slight bitterness of the cocoa blends well with the matcha filling in the cookie. Satisfying!
