Wafer sticks covered in creamy matcha. Its more milk ( perhaps due to the white chocolate) than matcha flavour and sweeter than preferred. But I still quite like it.
Wafers are crispy, just like a normal Kit Kat does. I cannot remember where I bought it from, but its also available in Narita Airport.
